All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped We typically ship orders within 5-10  business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders in the United States arrive within 5-10 business days.

Regrettably, we cannot provide refunds, accept returns, or facilitate exchanges as all sales are deemed final. It's important to be aware that KonsistaKey retains the right to decline returns, reshipments, and refunds due to the nature of our products. 

Unfortunately, we are not shipping orders internationally at this time.

 Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and reach out to us promptly within 48 hours of receiving your order, using your order number, through our contact page. Be aware that you might be required to submit several photos depicting the damaged products. 

In the unlikely scenario of a damaged product upon arrival, customers are required to notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To initiate this process, please visit our contact us page. 

Once your package's delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier, our responsibility for the acceptance of your order concludes. We've fulfilled our commitment, and rest assured, we take every measure on our end to ensure the successful delivery of your product!  Keep in mind that tracking notifications may not be entirely accurate in their timing. It's advisable to allow a few extra days for your package to show up. If it still doesn't arrive, please explore alternative delivery locations within your neighborhood or check with your neighbors. 

As the concluding step, we kindly request you to reach out to your local post office for details regarding this order. Should this final step not yield any results, we encourage you to initiate a claim, and we'll gladly arrange for a replacement order to be sent your way. 

 The accuracy of the shipping address is the customer's responsibility during checkout. Please diligently review your address before finalizing your order. Requests for address updates may not be guaranteed to be processed in time. In cases where an order is shipped to an incorrect or invalid address, we cannot reship or replace it until the item is returned to our location. If Konsistakey proceeds with a reshipment, additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once orders have been shipped, they cannot be canceled or refunded while still in transit.   

Yes, all of our products are free of parabens, sulfates, and other harmful ingredients. We believe in using only the best, most natural ingredients in our formulations.

Our haircare products have a shelf life of 12 months. 

Part the hair into 4 sections using 3-5 drops on each section. Message with fingers in a circular motion for 3-5 minutes once you have oiled all the sections. If hair is short just apply a couple drops to scalp and message with fingers in a circular motion for 3-5 minutes. 

The recommended age for using this oil is 4 and up.
